Alo (Aristide Loria) is an Italian artist born in Ancona in 1981. He is a London/Paris-based painter. Alo started his career in London where he began painting on the walls and working with art galleries. He had his first major solo show “Hail to the loser” at the Saatchi Gallery in 2014. His second solo show with the same gallery was “Exit from Aden” in 2017.
Alo’s street art works are very detailed and painted directly onto the walls. They are respected by other artists and tend to stand the test of time fairly well. Below we show a selection of Alo’s pieces from London.
