Rmer – pronounced “Armour” – is a Cardiff-based mural artist specialising in photo realism and abstract work. He formed the art collective ‘Cruel Vapours’ with Hoxe, Skroe, Foe and Dyes in 1999 and is now part of the Prime Mural Arts Graffiti/street art mural painting service.
